Hello! Im very new to psp, somewhat anyway. Well, I have downloaded some great scrapbooking kits, and I'm curious as to where I install all the different files. There are the add on things like ribbons and stuff and I don't have a clue how to make them accessable in psp :) Thanks so much in advance. Ive been looking over the forum for the last couple days and am amazed at the art I see here! Gives me goals!

You don't install does.
You just opet the file in psp copy and work in new file.
