| Okay it's driving me mad, I keep going to My Account and Preferences and turning off notify me of reply but every time I make a new post it switches back on. Is there a way of permanently stopping it.

Hiya Paul, how are you?
I don't know the official word on this but I checked in my profile and replies to posts is checked in mine too - but I have never received any replies.
I do however get notification by email if there is a pending private message.

Not sure, I don't receive any at all for anything, but then no box is selected, lol.

| When you reply to any message in any thread look at the little statement at the bottom of the message window to the left of send that says "Notify me by e-mail when replies are posted to this topic "if it is checked in just one message you reply to, seems like you get notification on all of them.

| The active X probably means you need to install an updated version of Windows Media Player.
