The same:grr: screen  white I don't know i'm like that :hair: this time. My pc is new what  problem can have my pc. I ask again the  shop that i buy it. If don't fix it i will put XP  again and see if the problem is from Vista

It can't be Vista though, it must be something installed on your computer.
My computer is Vista, all my plugins are working great, but maybe a support tech might know.

So sorry none of these worked.

well mine are all in subfolders and i updated all of my adobe stuff and they still aren't working. i downloaded mura's copies and it works for me. something has to be missing somewhere

when i got my new laptop with vista a month ago...i installed my 7 8 10 and 11 paint shop pro.....i put the dll files in my system 32 folder, then copied my plug ins from my pc...the ones that were in my programs i placed in the appropriate folders in each psp and my extra folder of plug ins... i directed through my preferances....

i opened my psps...all filters/plug ins worked as a charm....

heres a list of all the filters i have whether if theres a coralation to the problem youre having

Actually, I always put all the dlls in both the system and the system32 and have never had a problem with anything, maybe try that?

also now having problems with plugins,   using windows XP from the begining,  have all the .dll files but get this screen error:

I am also having plug-in problems.  I am using XP and have just loaded PSP 9 onto my laptop.  I have also downloaded the 5 dll files and put them into my Systems and Systems32 file folders.  I get an error when trying to load some of my plug-ins, but I think my problem is I need that program to convert the files to 8bf or Anyone got that program??  lol
