Yes, that info will be included as to whether that artist requires an active link or not, and if yes, then we do ask that when that art is posted, to please add a link to the artists website.

Hi,
I have license for 3 different artists that are with AMI, Suzanne Woolcoot, Jennifer Nilsson and Elaina Wagner. I was wondering if it is ok to use these for tags since I do have a license for them or if they are not acceptable to use. Thanks for any info.

As long as you put your AMI license info on the tag, you can use those artists. Make sure your license info is clear and readable on the tag so there is no question about you having a license for it.

| Tori I downloaded some tubes from The Zone and I was wondering if those artist are not listed here, are we allowed to use them here? The one I am inquiring about is Octavio Winkytiki. I don't see him listed on the yes list here.

No, that one hasn't replied with a yes for us yet so can't use them yet.

| I know we can use celebrities on our tags.....can we use models? and if so, how would we credit them? (both the celebrities and the models) I thought I saw this somewhere before but now I can't find it....any help would be appreciated greatly

Yes Nancy allows celebs and models whether tubed from photos or using the photos themselves in like frames and whatnot.
She does not require credits on them but if you know where you got them you can add that url to your tag.
Painted and vector celebs and models are usually always by an artist so those cannot be used without credits. For example Zindy does celeb art drawings, those need her credit but a celeb photo from a fan site would not.
Gosh reading this hope it wasn't confusing, lol.
If so just let me know.
