This was done with PSP 9 but it can be done in any version.

This is a very very simple tut and I am using supplies I made myself except for the tube, font and gradient.

Please do not change the name of any of the items I have made.

Any resemblance to this tut is pure coincidence especially since I made my own stuff for it, lol.

You may not post this tut on any other site but you may link to it.

Here are the supplies: fairydust.zip

Put the gradient in the gradient folder in PSP, the mask in the mask folder and the frame in your picture frame folder.

Put the preset in your preset folder. The tube and font you can open in your PSP.

I used the Xero filter called Porcelain on the tube. You can find it here.

http://www.xero-graphics.co.uk/downloads.htm

Now let's get started.

Make a workspace 400x400.

Flood fill with black.

Add a new layer and flood fill with the Rainbow gradient.

Now go to Layers...Load/Save masks and find the CN02 Mask,

I never merge my masks because I often play with the  colors and merging hinders that.

I always click on the very top layer before adding any more to the tag.

Now add your tube and place it to your liking to accent it with the background.

Add the Porcelain filter using the following settings.

I did a drop shadow on the tube as shown

Can you believe we are almost done!!

Now add the CNMistedWhite picture frame.

Add your copyright.

Using the Abode font or font of your choice add your name.

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and choose  CNBrightInside.

You will find it if you click on the Last Used tab on the top.

I changed the color in the preset to the pink color in the sparkle in the background.

Add the same drop shadow for the name.

We are all done. So simple and looks very elegant.

You can use any font or tube you desire and of course can make the gradient match a color in the tube you use.

If you have any questions please email. I would love to see your finished tut. classicnancy@gmail.com
